针对目前肉桂树手工剥皮难的问题,设计开发出了一款可用于桂树自动剥皮的机器.该机器主要由刀具、夹具、滚珠丝杆、电机以及PLC控制部分组成.使用SolidWorks软件对机器零部件进行建模,并利用有限元分析软件Ansys对剥皮刀具进行力学分析,发现刀具在200N载荷的作用下,最大应力为0.0012 MPa,最大变形为14.7μm,应力和形变均在合理范围.采用3台PLC分别控制刀具与桂树的运动轨迹.最终搭建出一台专用于肉桂树剥皮的机器,并通过实验验证其剥皮效果.结果表明:剥皮刀具强度足够,能够在桂树的轴向和周向两个维度上适应尺寸的不规则,剥皮时间相较于人手工剥皮节约87.5%. 相似文献

The energy density of a flexible all-solid-state supercapacitor (ASC) requires new electrode material with special structure and morphology as a prerequisite for its secured improvement. In this paper, a new morphological exploration of chicken nuggets-like core/shell NiCo2O4/MnO2 (NCM) nanosheet arrays on Ni foam was employed. The application of this special morphology aims to greatly improve the electrochemical performance of the cathode electrode. Additionally, Buckwheat Biochar (BBC) is utilized as the anode while the PVA/KOH thin film is prepared as the separator. The chicken nuggets-like core/shell NCM nanosheet arrays were obtained by a two-step hydrothermal method. A series of characterization methods were carried out to further support the core/shell's well-designed structure and precise composition. The tests exhibited excellent specific capacitance of 593.3 F g?1 at 5 mA cm?2 and outstanding cycling stability with a retention of 90% after 10000 cycles. Furthermore, the assembled NCM//BBC ASC device indicated a high specific capacitance (239 F g?1 at the current density of 5 mA cm?2), this is in due part of the unique architecture of NCM nanosheet arrays and interconnected special porous structure of the BBC and the thin film PVA/KOH. To investigate the effect of cooking temperature (55, 65, 75, 85 and 95 °C) on texture and flavour binding of braised sauce porcine skin (BSPS), sensory acceptance, microstructure and flavour-binding capacity were investigated during the processing of BSPS. Samples cooked at 85 and 95 °C showed better texture and aroma scores. Hardness and chewiness of BSPS were obviously improved at 85 and 95 °C than control group. Collagen structure was significantly destroyed over 85 °C. The porcine skin collagen heated at 85 and 95 °C showed relatively higher flavour-binding capacity than other samples. The improvement of texture of BSPS was mainly attributed to the degradation of collagen. Higher aroma scores of BSPS were related to intense binding abilities with aroma compounds at 85 and 95 °C. Cooking at 85 or 95 °C could be an optimal cooking temperature for BSPS. 相似文献

In order to investigate the relationship between profile of myofibrillar proteins and tenderness among 2 kinds of Chinese hams (Jinhua and Xuanwei) and 3 kinds of European hams (Iberian, Serrano and Parma), shear force, myofibril fragmentation index (MFI), SDS-PAGE, carbonyls content and Raman spectroscopy were investigated. The shear force and salt content of Chinese hams were significantly higher than that of European hams, while moisture content was lower than that of European hams (p < 0.05). MFI values and SDS-PAGE profile revealed that the degradation of myofibrillar proteins in Chinese hams was lower than in European hams. In addition, Chinese hams showed significantly higher carbonyls content and β-sheet content compared with European hams, indicated that proteins aggregation intensively inhibited the degradation of myofibrillar proteins in Chinese hams. These results indicated that the higher shear force in Chinese style hams could be attributed to the lower moisture content and limited proteolysis. 相似文献

Protein oxidation is considered as an important issue in food preservation process. In the present study, the potential influence of protein oxidation on water holding capacity and protein structure of jumbo squid (Dosidicus gigas) mantle was investigated. After the hydroxyl radical oxidation, it was found that the carbonyl, surface hydrophobicity and dityrosine content of myofibrillar protein significantly increased (P < 0.05), while the content of total sulphydryl decreased significantly (P < 0.01). Meanwhile, the fluorescence intensity of squid was weakened, and the maximum absorption peak of fluorescence red shift as the H2O2 concentration increased. The sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) showed that not only the protein cross-linking but also degradation could have occurred. The content of α-helix decreased, the content of β-sheet, β-turn and the unordered structures increased after oxidation. In addition, oxidation resulted in a decrease in water holding capacity. Taken together, oxidation resulted in the damage of the myofibrillar structure, the increase in muscle loss rate and the decrease in water holding capacity. 相似文献

基于柠檬酸-铕金属有机纳米配体聚合物(citrate/europium lanthanide coordination polymer nanoparticles,Cit/Eu LCP NPs)构建快速检测肉品汤煲中5’-肌苷酸(inosine-5’-monophosphate,5’-IMP)的荧光探针。研究结果表明,5’-IMP对Cit/Eu?LCP?NPs有良好的荧光猝灭作用。在最佳条件下,该荧光探针在5’-IMP?2.5~200?μg/mL的质量浓度范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,检出限为0.17?μg/mL,且具备良好的抗干扰、稳定性和重复性。为了验证方法可行性,将该方法应用于实际鸡汤样品中的5’-IMP检测,测得加标回收率为97.85%~103.95%,可为快速检测肉品汤煲中5’-IMP提供新的思路和方法。 相似文献

ZnO/Cu2S nanotube arrays are fabricated firstly by a facile and capping-agent-free method, and the photo-electrochemical performance has been studied systematically. The results show that ZnO/Cu2S nanotube arrays achieve enhanced photo-electrochemical water splitting performance and the photocurrent densities of ZnO/Cu2S are 7.9 times than that of ZnO at 0 V versus Ag/AgCl. The performance of the ZnO/Cu2S nanotube arrays can be adjusted by changing the amount of Cu2S microcrystals. The results confirm that the enhanced photo-electrochemical performance of ZnO/Cu2S is due to the significantly improved visible light absorption, effective separation of photo-induced carriers due to the well band energy match and the formed p-n junction between ZnO and Cu2S. 相似文献

Lithium-sulfur batteries (LSBs) are considered a promising next-generation energy storage device owing to their high theoretical energy density. However, their overall performance is limited by several critical issues such as lithium polysulfide (PS) shuttles, low sulfur utilization, and unstable Li metal anodes. Despite recent huge progress, the electrolyte/sulfur ratio (E/S) used is usually very high (≥20 µL mg−1), which greatly reduces the practical energy density of devices. To push forward LSBs from the lab to the industry, considerable attention is devoted to reducing E/S while ensuring the electrochemical performance. To date, however, few reviews have comprehensively elucidated the possible strategies to achieve that purpose. In this review, recent advances in low E/S cathodes and anodes based on the issues resulting from low E/S and the corresponding solutions are summarized. These will be beneficial for a systematic understanding of the rational design ideas and research trends of low E/S LSBs. In particular, three strategies are proposed for cathodes: preventing PS formation/aggregation to avoid inadequate dissolution, designing multifunctional macroporous networks to address incomplete infiltration, and utilizing an imprison strategy to relieve the adsorption dependence on specific surface area.
